Onkel Tom Tom Angelripper does the vocals for the band „Sodom", „Onkel Tom" is his somewhat humorous solo project. He does some German folk songs and Christmas songs as metal versions. His current albums are „Ich glaub' nicht an den Weihnachtsmann" (with Metal Christmas songs) and „Das blaueste Album der Welt" (with German folklore and Oktoberfest songs). Oomph! OOMPH! released their debut album in 1991. Originally playing what is currently considered to be club music, however their style developed over time, while adding more and more Metal elements. They change their style slightly from album to album, trying different sounds. Their albums „Defekt" and „Unrein" are incredibly heavy, more recent albums, however, like „Plastik" and „Ego" are much smoother. Their vocalist, Dero has an uncanny ability to manipulate his voice, but refrains from doing so without effect resulting in some absolutely astonishing songs.
